The Filer Plan includes 4 statutory notices per billing period — any state in the catalog, generated, certified-mailed to every recipient and archived exactly like a single $39 notice — for $99 a month. Additional notices are $29.
- 4 statutory notices per billing period — any of the statutory notices in the catalog (14 states), up to 2 recipients each.
- Each one generated from your answers, USPS Certified Mail to every recipient, tracking captured at dispatch, permanent evidence archive — the same service as a single notice.
- Notices beyond 4 in a period: $29 each instead of $39.
- Your company details stay typed between notices; one plan link, no account.
- A 3rd or later recipient on an included notice: $9 per recipient (the certified piece).
- Signature proof (+$12) and the affidavit of mailing (+$9) are add-ons, charged at checkout as usual; both together are the Proof pack at $18.
- Unused notices do not roll over; the allowance resets when the next monthly period begins.
- Certified letters, Notices of Intent to Lien and demand letters are not part of the plan.
- Cancel any time from your plan page; the plan stays usable until the end of the paid period.
How it works
Pay $99 by card through Stripe. Your welcome email carries your private plan link — that link is the whole account: no password, nothing to install.
Open the plan link once in the browser you file from. The notice wizard then recognizes your plan: the review step reads "Included in your Filer Plan" with how many notices are left this period, and the base price is $0.
Your plan page shows notices used this period, when the period ends, and Stripe's billing portal to update the card or cancel.
4 single notices are $156. The plan is $99 — $24.75 per notice with the allowance used. Filing 3 or fewer notices a month? Single notices at $39 are the better deal, and there is nothing to cancel. Start a single notice.
