Statutory lien notices
| Product | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory notice Flat | $39 | Any of the 24 notices across 14 states in the catalog: the document with its citations printed, USPS Certified Mail to every recipient the statute names for your role, a tracking number per piece at submission, and a permanent archive page. |
| Add-on: signature proof | +$12 | The USPS delivery signature on every piece of the notice (electronic return receipt), so a recipient who says it never arrived is answered by the signed delivery record in your archive. Included at no charge where the statute names "return receipt requested" (Illinois 770 ILCS 60/21(c) and 60/24; Wyoming W.S. 29-2-107 and 29-1-312(c)). |
| Add-on: affidavit of mailing | +$9 | A ready-to-sign affidavit of mailing, prepared once USPS has scanned the letter in: who was mailed what, the date USPS received it (its acceptance scan), with each piece's certified tracking number — the sworn record for your file, kept with the archive. Skipped it at checkout? It can be added later, for the same $9, from the notice's archive page. |
| Proof pack: both add-ons | +$18 | Signature proof and the affidavit of mailing together for $18 instead of $12 + $9. Where the statute already includes the return receipt, only the affidavit is charged. |
| Corrected resend after returned mail | $19 | One discounted resend per customer, covering every returned piece of one notice; a resend that bounces again is full price. |
Kentucky's KRS 376.080(1) copy names regular mail, so it mails both ways, a plain First-Class letter and a certified copy, for the same $39.

Frequently asked
Is there a per-recipient charge?
No. A statutory notice is $39 flat and that includes USPS Certified Mail to every recipient the statute names for your role: the owner and, where required, the contractor, a subcontractor, a designee or a lender. Uploaded certified letters are the one product priced by recipient: $19 for one, $39 for two.
Does $39 include postage?
Yes. Certified postage for every required recipient, the printed document with its statutory citations, a USPS tracking number per piece captured at submission, and the permanent archive page are all inside the flat price.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Every product is bought one at a time with a card through Stripe Checkout; the receipt email carries the archive link. The Filer Plan, when offered, is optional and cancels any time.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund on request any time before the notice is dispatched to USPS. Once certified mail is dispatched, real postal costs have been incurred and the order cannot be refunded. The Terms page controls.
