1. What NoticeSent does

NoticeSent generates statutory notice documents from information you provide and dispatches them by USPS Certified Mail to the recipients you confirm. We archive the generated document, mailing records, and tracking information on a private page for your records.

2. Not a law firm

NoticeSent is a document preparation and mailing service. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and nothing on this site or in a generated document is legal advice. Statutes are cited so you and your attorney can verify everything. We make no guarantee about the legal effect or outcome of any notice.

3. Your information

Deadlines, names, and addresses come from you, and you confirm the recipient list before paying. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide; the notice is generated from it verbatim.

4. Refunds

Full refund on request any time before your notice is dispatched to USPS. Once certified mail is dispatched, real postal costs have been incurred and the order cannot be refunded.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeSent's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
