What we collect

The information you type into the notice wizard (names, addresses, job details, dates), your email address, and payment confirmation from Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.

How we use it

Solely to generate your document, dispatch certified mail, maintain your evidence archive, and send you service emails about your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (US region); generated PDFs are stored in a private bucket accessible only through your tokened archive link. Mailing recipients receive the notice itself — that is the product.

Your choices

Email support@noticesent.com to request deletion of your data. Note that dispatched mail and its tracking records cannot be un-sent, and we may retain records required for tax and legal compliance.

Cookies

Only what is strictly necessary to run the site. No advertising pixels are active on this site today; if that changes, this policy and a consent banner will change first.
