Privacy Policy

What we collect

The information you type into the notice wizard (names, addresses, job details, dates), your email address, and payment confirmation from Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.

How we use it

Solely to generate your document, dispatch certified mail, maintain your evidence archive, and send you service emails about your order — and, once your mail has finished, a single request for a review (below). We do not sell your data, and the contents of your notices are never shared with advertising platforms or used for advertising.

Review request: once every piece of mail in your order has been delivered or returned by USPS, we may email you one request to review NoticeSent on Trustpilot. It is sent once, it carries no reward or discount, and you can simply ignore it. We do not give Trustpilot your email address or any order details — the email only links to Trustpilot, and anything you choose to post there is covered by Trustpilot's own privacy policy.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (US region); generated PDFs are stored in a private bucket accessible only through your tokened archive link. Mailing recipients receive the notice itself — that is the product.

Saved links: when you ask the notice wizard for a link to finish later, the details you have entered for that notice are stored with the link so it can be reopened on any device, and changes you make to them afterwards are saved to it too (files you upload are not). The link carries a random key; we keep only a scrambled copy of that key, so the entries open only through the link itself. They are kept for up to 30 days after the last change, then deleted.

Your choices

Email support@noticesent.com to request deletion of your data, or to be left out of the review request. Note that dispatched mail and its tracking records cannot be un-sent, and we may retain records required for tax and legal compliance.

Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies run the site. We also load Google's measurement tag (gtag.js) so we can tell whether our advertising leads to orders; it sets advertising cookies and reports conversion events — the order id and amount only, never the contents of your notice. These cookies stay on unless you decline: use Decline in the cookie notice, the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser (honored automatically). Declining never affects your order or your archive.

We also keep our own first-party record of how visits move through the site — which page a visit landed on and from which site, and which steps of the notice wizard followed — under a random identifier stored in your browser. It holds no name, email address, or notice contents, it is never shared, and Decline or a Global Privacy Control signal stops it too.
