Florida's §713.20 provides the form a lienor may use when required to execute a waiver in exchange for a progress payment (subsection (4)) or the final payment (subsection (5)), says no one may require a different form (subsection (6)), and lets a lienor who signs in exchange for a check condition the waiver on the check being paid (subsection (7)).
